Our Story

As a group of moms at an agency specializing in marketing and design, we wanted to create something personal and meaningful for coworkers expecting their first child. It had to reflect our appreciation for quality, sophisticated design and what we found to be a truly useful keepsake.

Given our marketing and design expertise, the idea seemed like a natural one. Five years ago we gave birth to the beginnings and little one baby books — personal, customizable gifts created from the heart. As the number of babies in the office grew, so did the requests for our books.

ReaganBridgeen is now a spin-off from Reagan Marketing + Design. Our product line has grown to include a records book among other items, but the baby books remain the most popular. Moms run the subsidiary with the philosophy that we remain true to our purpose: to inspire and support new moms and create memories that last a lifetime. This philosophy permeates not only our products, but our approach to work as well.

Flexible schedules accommodate the needs of our children. The work gets done whether it’s at home while baby naps or while staff members pitch in to help. Interns at the office often do double duty, adding office and nanny experience to their resumes. We back each other up and help each other out, because we understand what moms need to succeed in life at home and at work.

The atmosphere at ReaganBridgeen is that of a loft with touches of home. Open and laid-back, it features collaborative creative spaces and private areas for times when moms need to use their breast pumps (and a fridge to store the milk). In fact, we support various causes we believe in. We believe work should be meaningful, fun and not at the expense of our family’s health and well-being.
