Q: How well will ReaganBridgeen products age?

A: All ReaganBridgeen keepsake products are printed on acid-free, archival-quality paper with a protective aqueous coating to protect for long-term wear and durability. However, because paper is a natural product, slight changes to the paper color will occur over time.

Q: How do I customize the Baby Book with the baby's name and gift giver's names?

A: For an additional charge a personalized dedication page is available for the Beginnings Baby Book. Before adding the Beginnings Baby Book to your shopping cart, enter your message (limit 50 characters) with the baby's and gift giver's names as you wish them to appear. Custom baby books may not be returned.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: MasterCard and VISA. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. All orders ship upon credit approval.

A: The security of the information regarding your order is very important us. We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

A: A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Michigan.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Upon receipt of the returned item, the credit card charged for the purchase will be credited for the same amount. A receipt will be mailed. Unless the original shipment was damaged, defective or incorrect, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Q: What's the best type of pen to use on ReaganBridgeen products?

A: The best pen to use is a basic ballpoint pen. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and won't smear. The problem with fountain pens is that the ink cannot be absorbed into the paper because of the beautiful aqueous coating on the paper (which is what makes it sparkle).

Q: How do I put photos into the baby books?

A: We like the look of photo corners, which you can purchase at most hobby stores. However, you must make certain that you buy quality photo corners, or they will come off and your pictures will fall out! Double-stick tape works well, too.
